Delta TechOps is Delta’s aircraft maintenance division and one of the largest airline maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations in the world. Students will see how Delta maintains its fleet, including aircraft servicing, engineering, safety processes, and the skilled workforce that keeps airplanes operating safely and reliably.
The Operations & Customer Center (OCC) is Delta’s command center for managing the airline’s global operation. Teams from flight operations, maintenance, dispatch, crew scheduling, customer service, and airport operations work together here to monitor flights and respond to weather, operational disruptions, and other events in real time. The OCC plays a critical role in keeping Delta’s network running safely and efficiently.
